For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Elite Team Logistics include https://eliteteamlogistics.com/ and ETL. The ETL website is a security logistics site. By using the ETL website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. This Privacy Policy is intended to comply with applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Mobile information will not be shared or sold with or to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. This sharing exclusion applies to text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; such information will not be shared with any third parties except service providers who assist us in the delivery of SMS/text messages on our behalf and who are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality of that information and not use it for their own marketing purposes.

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Elite Team Logistics, you agree to the following: –

• You expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Elite Team Logistics related to Job Notices, Job Changes, Job Cancels, along with General Broadcast messages.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.

• Text STOP to cancel receiving text communication at any time. After sending STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re‑subscribe.
• Mobile information will not be shared or sold with or to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
• Text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers strictly for the purpose of enabling and delivering SMS/text messages on our behalf, and such providers are contractually required to maintain the confidentiality and security of that information.

1.7 Security of your Personal Information

ETL secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

2.1 Agreement Between User and Elite Team Logistics

The Elite Team Logistics website (the “Site”) is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Elite Team Logistics, you agree to the following additional terms:

• Program Description: You agree that Elite Team Logistics may send you SMS/text messages related to Job Notices, Job Changes, Job Cancels, along with General Broadcast messages associated with job assignments, scheduling, operational updates, and related information.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your assignments, preferences, and interactions with Elite Team Logistics.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to each SMS/text message sent or received in connection with our SMS/text messaging programs, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile carrier for details).
• Customer Care / Support: For customer care, you can Reply HELP for help, email support@eliteteamlogisitics.com, or call 703-395-7218.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out, and you will no longer receive SMS/text messages from us unless you re-subscribe.
• Data Use and Sharing: Mobile information will not be shared or sold with or to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except service providers strictly for the purpose of enabling and delivering SMS/text messages on our behalf, and such providers are contractually bound to safeguard that data and not use it for their own marketing purposes.

Your opt-in to our SMS/text messaging programs is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Elite Team Logistics.

2.6 Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the control of ETL, and ETL is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this Agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which Elite Team Logistics is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in that State in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.
