Our screening teams are strategically placed across the country to meet all of your travel needs. From taking off to touchdown we will coordinate every detail including strategic consulting, private charters, ground security coordination, catering, professional aviation security screening, and more. 

Every team member of Elite Team Logistics completes an extensive airline-backed and TSA-approved security training program to ensure all regulations are being met.

Henkel, Brian
Brian Henkel
CEO

Brian Henkel is the founder and CEO of Elite Team Logistics, responsible for business worldwide. He also oversees the company's day-to-day operations and is in close contact with all team members at all levels of the corporation. Brian Henkel founded Elite Team Logistics in 2016, having a vision to revolutionize and elevate the customer service experience. Elite Team Logistics emerged when the world shut down due to Covid 19, and other aviation companies struggled to find footing. The team joined forces with the American Government and other world entities to re-patronize American citizens and return them to the land of the free and home of the brave. In his previous roles in the aviation industry, Brian served as a flight attendant for private and commercial airlines, coordinator of in-flight concierge logistics, and director of in-flight services. Brian's aviation experience, communications degree, and compassion for people drive his enthusiasm for the charter aviation industry and focus on passenger and client satisfaction. Throughout the last seven years, Brian has infused his pillars of success into the fabric of our corporate identity, making Elite Team Logistics an internationally known and locally respected company serving our clients coast-to-coast with integrity and professionalism. When Brian is not working as part of the ETL team, he enjoys time with his two adolescent children, family, and friends.

Stafford, Jacquie
Jacquie Stafford
Operations Manager

Jacquie is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Secondary Education and a Masters Degree in Sport Administration. She previously spent the past 10 years as the Director of Operations for the University of Cincinnati Women's Soccer Team. She has a passion for working with sports teams and enjoys being a part of the planning and execution of all the behind-the-scenes preparation that comes with being a part of a team. Being a member of Elite Team Logistics, her focus is to continue to aid in the thriving success of the company.

Cory Glaser
Director of Operational Compliance

Cory is an aviation professional with over 10 years of experience in private aviation and charter flight operations. A graduate of Daniel Webster College’s flight program with a Bachelor’s in Aviation Management and an Associate’s in Flight Operations, Cory started his career as an aircraft fueler and line service technician at several FBOs and worked his way up to a Station Manager for a large US airline. He then moved on to Charter Operations Manager where he coordinated international military charter flights in and out of the Northeast. He has experience as an air charter broker selling flights for NCAA Division 1 teams around the country. He is now applying his knowledge and skills as the SIDA Badging Coordinator, working with Airport Authorities around the country. Cory also holds a Private Pilot Certificate and enjoys traveling for work and for fun visiting airports and destinations around the world.

Jacob Anderson
Head of Human Resources

Jake is a SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) certified HR Professional with over 9 years of experience in the field. He has a diversified background covering all aspects of Human Resources with a specialty in benefits and compensation. He is a graduate from Malone University (Pro Football Hall of Fame town) holding a Business Degree and is a licensed notary. He has always loved the aviation industry since his father was a recreational pilot and his family belonged to the EAA club. He is excited to support our growing team.

Heather Urbanic
Master Scheduler

Heather is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Psychology. She had a tenured career as a teacher and at that time decided she had a passion for logistics and security. She comes to us with a broad spectrum of tools that continues to help Elite Team expand and achieve.

Norris, Shannon
Shannon Norris
Accounting Specialist

Shannon has been a Practice Manager for the past 19 years. Passionate about the aviation industry, she is a tireless support system for Elite Team payroll and invoicing.

Anderson, Trista
Trista Anderson
Administrative Assistant

Trista has a degree in Medical Office Management and ran a blog/website for many years. She joined our team as an Administrative Assistant to help with behind-the-scenes tasks. She supports our team across all Departments and helps wherever needed with badging, drug tests, onboarding, etc.
