Brian Henkel, CEO
Brian Henkel is the founder and CEO of Elite Team Logistics (ETL), where he leads global strategy and oversees daily operations while staying closely connected to teams across the company. He launched ETL in 2016 to raise the standard for service in charter aviation.
Before founding ETL, Brian served in a range of in-flight and operations roles—including flight attendant for private and commercial carriers, in-flight concierge logistics coordinator, and director of in-flight services. A communications graduate, he pairs frontline experience with a people-first approach focused on safety, reliability, and hospitality.
Since 2016, his leadership has helped make ETL a trusted partner for clients across the U.S. and internationally, known for integrity, professionalism, and exceptional service. When he’s not working with the ETL team, Brian enjoys time with his two college-age children, family, and friends.
Jacquie Stafford, Operations Manager
Jacquie is a graduate of Central Michigan University with a degree in Secondary Education and a Masters Degree in Sport Administration. She previously spent the past 10 years as the Director of Operations for the University of Cincinnati Women’s Soccer Team.
She has a passion for working with sports teams and enjoys being a part of the planning and execution of all the behind-the-scenes preparation that comes with being a part of a team. Being a member of Elite Team Logistics, her focus is to continue to aid in the thriving success of the company.
Jacob Anderson, Head of Human Resources
Jacob Anderson is the Chief Operating Officer of Elite Team Logistics (ETL), where he oversees daily operations, advances organizational strategy, and supports teams throughout the company. His role centers on turning the CEO’s vision into clear, actionable plans while ensuring the organization’s departments work in alignment toward shared goals.
He joined ETL in 2022 as an HR Manager and later served as Head of Human Resources, a role in which he strengthened company-wide processes and helped build the foundation for ETL’s expanding workforce. In 2025, he stepped into the COO position, bringing his people-focused leadership approach to the company’s broader operational mission. His focus includes refining internal policies, guiding departmental performance, supporting financial oversight, and fostering collaboration and accountability across the organization.
A SHRM-certified HR professional, Jake offers more than 15 years of experience across benefits, compensation, compliance, and organizational development. His background in cultivating strong, high-performing teams provides a steady operational perspective rooted in culture, clarity, and continuous improvement.
Jake is a graduate of Malone University, where he earned his Business degree. His lifelong interest in aviation began with his father’s recreational flying and his family’s involvement in the EAA community — a connection that continues to inspire his work in the industry.
Outside the office, Jake enjoys time with family, attending aviation events, and supporting ETL’s mission to elevate the standard for charter aviation service.
Heather Urbanic, Master Scheduler
Heather is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Psychology. She had a tenured career as a teacher and at that time decided she had a passion for logistics and security. She comes to us with a broad spectrum of tools that continues to help Elite Team expand and achieve.
Shannon Norris, Accounting Specialist
Shannon has been a Practice Manager for the past 19 years. Passionate about the aviation industry, she is a tireless support system for Elite Team payroll and invoicing.
Scott Roan, Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer
Scott Roan is the CIO/CTO of Elite Team Logistics, leading the company’s technology strategy with over 20 years of experience in enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. A U.S. Navy veteran and transformation leader, Scott brings deep expertise in building scalable, secure platforms that support operational excellence. Prior to joining ETL, he led global technology operations at TalentNeuron and drove major digital initiatives across healthcare, government, and private equity–backed companies. At ETL, Scott is focused on advancing innovation, resilience, and service through smart, mission-aligned technology
Lori Cox, Training Coordinator
Lori has a degree in Management Information Systems from UNLV and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has project management and customer service experience. She does fingerprinting across the country for new contractors and also handles training for everyone. She is based in Las Vegas, NV and is a huge sports fan.
Michael Arnold, Director of Security
Michael is an Aviation Security professional with over 8 years of experience working for a Charter Airline. With experience managing day to day operations while previously acting as the Aircraft Operator Security Coordinator or Alternate he provides knowledge and understanding of TSA policies and procedures. As a member of Elite Team Logistics, he is committed to ensuring the safety and security in all aspects of our operations. Mike also holds his FAA Dispatch License and is a proud graduate of Sam Houston State University.
Doug Bayne, I.T. Specialist
Doug Bayne is currently an I.T. Specialist for Elite Team Logistics. He has worked in the industry for almost 10 years focusing on the IT side of the operation. Doug graduated with cybersecurity and wireless network technology degrees. Sports is his life…..Go O’s, Go Nats, Go Caps, and how about them Coyboys!! His wife and he moved to Austin, TX about 4 years ago and love the area.
