About Elite Team Logistics

Alyah joins Elite Team Logistics as a Payroll Specialist, bringing four years of professional experience as a Tax Assistant with a focus on payroll processing, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carlow University and is currently pursuing dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Social Work.

She combines a strong analytical background with a people-centered approach to her work. She is excited to expand her expertise in payroll and financial operations while supporting the continued growth and success of Elite Team Logistics.

Heather is a graduate of Kent State University with a degree in Psychology. She had a tenured career as a teacher and at that time decided she had a passion for logistics and security. She comes to us with a broad spectrum of tools that continues to help Elite Team expand and achieve.

I began my career in Las Vegas, where I developed a strong passion for the aviation industry. Today, I’m proud to be part of Elite Team Logistics, a company that truly values a family-oriented culture and teamwork. As a new Associate Scheduler, I continue to expand my knowledge of the operational and backend processes that keep our team running smoothly.

I enjoy traveling and working in the field, whether driving or flying across the country to support the work I’m passionate about. Currently, I  also serve as the City Coordinator for SJC and OAK, helping ensure efficient operations and strong team collaboration.

Outside of work, I’m a big sports fan. I proudly support the Las Vegas Golden Knights, San Francisco 49ers, and San Francisco Giants.

Scott Roan is the CIO/CTO of Elite Team Logistics, leading the company’s technology strategy with over 20 years of experience in enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure. A U.S. Navy veteran and transformation leader, Scott brings deep expertise in building scalable, secure platforms that support operational excellence. Prior to joining ETL, he led global technology operations at TalentNeuron and drove major digital initiatives across healthcare, government, and private equity–backed companies. At ETL, Scott is focused on advancing innovation, resilience, and service through smart, mission-aligned technology

Jeff Campbell is the IT Specialist/Project Manager of Elite Team Logistics. Jeff brings over 25 years of strategic and security-focused IT experience managing complex computer systems in higher education. Jeff is committed to inclusive leadership, operational excellence, and delivering secure, user-centered services that advance and impact the success of ETL.

Lori has a degree in Management Information Systems from UNLV and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has project management and customer service experience. Lori does the fingerprinting and initial screener training across the country, as well as help with scheduling and IT initiatives. She also handles the new hire onboarding, takes care of the Las Vegas team, and puts together the monthly newsletter. She has worked for Elite since 2016. She is based in Las Vegas, NV and is a huge sports fan.

Tyler Kissel is a business and operations leader with a background in business management and more than 15 years of experience in investigations, loss prevention, security, and customer service. Trained in the Wicklander-Zulawski interview and interrogation method, he has led teams across multiple industries and previously owned a security company. Today, Tyler serves as Regional Manager for Elite Team Logistics in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he focuses on operational excellence, leadership, and delivering exceptional results. 

Tyler is a huge Denver Bronco’s fan, in his free time. Loves fishing, driving fast cars and marksmanship. 

Stephen L. “Steve” Castinetti’s life is a testament to the power of hard work, perseverance, and unwavering integrity. Born and raised in Revere, Massachusetts, Steve grew up in a modest home where his father taught him lessons that would shape the course of his life: work hard, do what’s right, and always provide for those who depend on you. Those values became the foundation of a lifetime of service and leadership. 

After graduating from high school, Steve attended Merrimack College. During his junior year, he made the difficult decision to leave school, and only weeks later received his draft notice. Rather than waiting to be called, Steve chose to enlist in the U.S. Navy. What he expected to be a short chapter became an extraordinary 40-year career dedicated to serving his country. Through commitment, determination, and exceptional leadership, he rose through the ranks and retired as a Navy Captain. 

Never content to stop learning, Steve completed his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and earned a Master’s degree in Management while serving in the Navy. His commitment to personal growth reflected his belief that leadership is built through continuous learning, discipline, and setting an example for others. 

Following his military retirement, Steve enjoyed a successful career in the advertising industry before beginning a new chapter with Elite, where he has proudly served for more than five years. He continues to bring the same professionalism, dedication, and leadership that defined his military career, inspiring those around him through both his actions and his character. 

Steve believes that true integrity is doing the right thing when no one is watching. He lives by the conviction that every task deserves your best effort, every challenge is an opportunity to grow, and every day offers a chance to make a positive difference. His journey reminds us that success is measured not only by achievements and titles, but by the lives we touch, the example we set, and the legacy of service, honor, and excellence we leave behind. 

Chris brings 37 years of experience in the airline industry, where he has built a career focused on leadership, training, and operational excellence. Throughout his career, he has served as a Crew Chief Coordinator and worked within the Training Department, helping develop employees and support organizational success.

Outside of his professional career, Chris is deeply committed to community service. He is the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving children and adults with disabilities, as well as veterans with disabilities. For the past 17 years, he has served as the organization’s Financial Officer, helping guide its growth and ensuring resources are available to support those in need.

Chris is passionate about giving back to the community and believes in the importance of leadership, integrity, and service. His dedication to helping others has had a lasting impact on the lives of many individuals and families.

When he is not working or volunteering, Chris enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. These activities reflect his appreciation for nature, family, and the values that have guided him throughout his personal and professional life. He has been married to his wife, Patti, for 30 years and enjoys spending time with her while making the most of life’s opportunities.

Amber Hansen serves as a Regional Manager with Elite Team Logistics, where she supports operations, scheduling, and communication across West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Washington. In her role, Amber is committed to building strong working relationships with team members, maintaining clear expectations, and helping ensure each operation runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently. 

Amber brings a strong background in leadership, problem-solving, and employee support. She values accountability, fairness, and teamwork, and strives to create a positive work environment where employees feel heard, supported, and prepared to succeed. 

She is currently a senior at Western New Mexico University, where she is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Amber believes that continuing her education strengthens her leadership skills and broadens her understanding of communication, accountability, and organizational effectiveness. 

Outside of work, Amber enjoys traveling and experiencing new places. She also loves spending quality time with her family and creating fun memories through new adventures and experiences. Whether at work, in school, or at home, Amber approaches every opportunity with dedication, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping others. 

John Howard brings 27 years of airline industry experience to his role as Regional Supervisor at Elite Team Logistics. A part of Elite Team since 2018, John kicked off his aviation career in 1999 with TWA, where he first learned the ins and outs of keeping complex operations moving smoothly. Nearly three decades later, he still loves navigating the fast-paced world of airline logistics and helping his regional groups succeed. 

When he is off the clock, John is usually busy keeping up with his wife and their three teenage boys. They love outdoor activities like hiking and being on the beach. He is also a massive University of Kentucky sports fan, so during his free time, you can usually find him cheering on the Wildcats.

Michael is an Aviation Security professional with over 8 years of experience working for a Charter Airline. With experience managing day to day operations while previously acting as the Aircraft Operator Security Coordinator or Alternate he provides knowledge and understanding of TSA policies and procedures. As a member of Elite Team Logistics, he is committed to ensuring the safety and security in all aspects of our operations. Mike also holds his FAA Dispatch License and is a proud graduate of Sam Houston State University.
